Tremont Avenue Rowhome Development

Municipality of Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania

RENEW provided full land development and engineering/planning services for a 25-unit rowhouse subdivision on an undeveloped lot.

This project incorporated many typical features in residential development, such as vehicular and pedestrian access, stormwater management/utilities, and landscaping and lighting, while going above and beyond to ensure this project becomes a neighborhood with a strong sense of place.
